Biological Terrain Analysis
It’s been nearly a month on my new BTA analysis, supplements without making any food changes. I’m not eating bad, but I’m not eating “clean” either, because I wanted to check the theory of what effect, if any, supplements have on a body without making any food changes.
Why?
Because my clients typically do not make the dietary changes necessary based on the results of the colonic and nutrition advice. But when faced with Flow Analysis clients typically will “see” data that shows bad eating habits and are more willing to make changes. But not always.
Imbalance
So can supplements replace eating right? Well…in some cases, yes.
I took my analysis exactly a month ago, ate at least one salad per day, which was the only nutrition item I changed, and took my supplements like clients typically take their clients: haphazardly.
And the amazing thing is, I feel SO much better!! My head feels clear, my digestion is settled, elimination is flowing. Tomorow I take my BTA analysis and will provide a comparison.
Does flow analysis show the effects of stress and how it affects the terrain of the body? Increased cortisol levels show stress levels, though the test itself does not show cortisol levels per se, but it does show high ureas, which is waste build up in the colon, liver stagnation, and kidney dysfunction. My levels have been consistently high. Uhmm..
So, stay tuned, more data to follow.
Tahoe summer gig is over. Retreats at the center are not going to work until the chaos settled.
So there ya are!
